Have you tried rebooting your computer? No seriously, maybe update the my Optus app and log off then log back in. I did not get the sms but offer was there. After claiming the offer my app did not update with the extra 20GB until 24 hours later. So maybe log off then in might help. Winning :. Just checked and I've only used 8.
